Responsibility
Design and create high-performance visual content for Amazon: A+ Content, Brand Store, ADV carousels, and multichannel materials.
Collaborate with the Catalog Management, Advertising, and Strategy teams to ensure consistency between brand identity, performance, and creative direction.
Create layouts, visuals, and copy images optimized for CTR, CVR, and engagement, driven by analytical insights.
Manage the entire process of creation, review, and delivery of visual assets, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
Develop and maintain the design system and creative guidelines of managed brands.
Support the production of photo shoots and short videos, integrating creative direction and performance marketing.
Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer in digital, e-commerce, or performance-driven agencies.
Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
Understanding of layout principles, visual hierarchy, and brand storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with method, attention, and precision.
Data-driven approach and a mindset for continuous visual results optimization.
Good English skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in creating optimized visual content for Amazon (A+, Brand Store, ADV).
Skills in motion graphics, video editing, and product photography.
Basic knowledge of visual SEO, user experience, and customer journey on Amazon.
Experience with Figma or Canva Pro for collaborative projects.
Creative and strategic mindset, capable of translating data into designs that communicate and convert effectively.
